The time is now there is no other place

You get to choose infamy or grace

The joy of life the treat of humanity

The thing that keeps us all from insanity

Truly embrace the joy of communion

Deeply experience that sense of union

Stand with another to say you’ll be there

Honor your pledge hold fast and stay clear

The trust of another at the depth of their soul

Give part of yourself for a bigger whole

Stand in the joy of your sacred union

No putting aside the act of your fusion

As you stand on the edge of your abyss

Give up your fear you cannot miss

Trust once again honor the angels

They call and say no time to be strangers

No deeper learning you will find on earth

No better lesson to increase your real worth

When the time comes and you meet your end

You want to say “I learned how to bend”

Therein lies strength therein lies character

Therein lies the fruit of a life without barrier

Why are you waiting what is the hesitation

Why wait any longer for a sense of elation

Have you experienced the pain of aloneness and separation?

Have you experienced the elation of union and communion?

Where are you right now in your life?

Are you resisting the joy of connection?

Do you know you can choose again and again without knowing absolute certainty?

What are you waiting for?

I have always been a seeker, always looking for the answers to what seekers ponder. I can remember Dr. Maxwell Maltz and Psychocybernetics; Dr. Carl Rogers On Becoming a Person. Moving through my legal training and practicing law the focus was always about people and how to better their lives. All that searching, reading, studying and introspective work culminated in this collection of daily readings for seekers.

My work in the world has progressed from fighting legal cases to mediating divorces to helping people understand the essentials of relationship and collaborating to these poems. How can we collaborate effectively and work with each other in harmony to create the world we seek. How can we mindfully enable this world to become a place that works for all.

My prayer is that through introspection using these poems as a guide we can all grow together in making the world the Heaven on Earth we all aspire toward.
