Dreams

Life a dream state know what I mean

Engaged fantasy choosing what is seen

What we're viewing what we project

What we’re missing our own neglect

Things we aspire things we treasure

At our finger-tips if we desire pleasure

We control our essence a deep core of light

We have what we choose we think it’s right

The roar of greasepaint smell of our crowd

Maintains our focus performing makes us proud

The core of our learning as we move on

Comes from reflecting what’s come and gone

We hear footsteps as we’re growing old

Fearing our safety and feeling cold

Risks we took in youth questing our truth

Now let go of knowing to find real worth

As you aspire seeking your ends

Huddling with family knowing real friends

Remembering your essence and your sacred dream

Never letting go as faith provides the steam

Is there is a fixed objective reality or a collective dream we bought into?

How does your response inform you in terms control and free will?

How much of your world reflects your personal dream state?

I have always been a seeker, always looking for the answers to what seekers ponder. I can remember Dr. Maxwell Maltz and Psychocybernetics; Dr. Carl Rogers On Becoming a Person. Moving through my legal training and practicing law the focus was always about people and how to better their lives. All that searching, reading, studying and introspective work culminated in this collection of daily readings for seekers.

My work in the world has progressed from fighting legal cases to mediating divorces to helping people understand the essentials of relationship and collaborating to these poems. How can we collaborate effectively and work with each other in harmony to create the world we seek. How can we mindfully enable this world to become a place that works for all.

My prayer is that through introspection using these poems as a guide we can all grow together in making the world the Heaven on Earth we all aspire toward.
