The quiet silence of breathing that’s clean
Even vibrations in a slow motion dream
Dancing brain alighted on a crow's nest perch
In this sacred instant you ceased your noble search
The war of your factions is strangely serene
Birdsong prevails in your bucolic scene
Your dear ones are happy headed their true north
Longings appetites filled by wellbeing and warmth
Night sky is very star full days sunshine and blue sky
Filling up the heavens and pleasing to the eye
The restless abandon you thought was your plight
Has vanished from consciousness much to your delight
Centered and pointed your presence pure breath
Nirvana has crowned you with her happiness
You've reached understanding how some of life fits
And for this present moment nothing to resist
You can step into this deserving grace
Moment to moment this is your place
You're one of the blessed of the very few
Noise peeled away you arrived at what’s true
Have you ever felt the presence of grace in your life?
What was that experience like?
How long did it last?
What brought you to know it?
Is there something that prevents you from knowing it all the time?
What is it?
Do you think you have a choice to welcome grace’s presence? Why? Why not?
