This feeling inside warms all your cells

Makes your footsteps lighter ringing your bells

Connects you to others cures what is ailing

Makes you very happy keeps it from raining

It takes many forms as it fills up your life

Parental romantic familial partner husband wife

Add to the list the work that you do

Let it inspire and motivate you

Then there are friendships some glib some profound

You know how important when they’re not around

The sense of community where you reside

The groups you’re a part of accomplishments pride

The earth that surrounds and gives you place

The deep rich potential of the whole human race

Parents the bloodstock that nurtured you when

Then in their twilight you take care of them

All of these patches make a fabric supreme

When they are in place your life is your dream

Please don’t be passive the gifts wait for you

You can make them happen it’s up to you

Of the aspects of love above in what areas do you feel sated in?

What areas might you focus attention?

Are there places not mentioned where you feel the abundance of love?

Do you acknowledge and count the blessings of love in your life?

I have always been a seeker, always looking for the answers to what seekers ponder. I can remember Dr. Maxwell Maltz and Psychocybernetics; Dr. Carl Rogers On Becoming a Person. Moving through my legal training and practicing law the focus was always about people and how to better their lives. All that searching, reading, studying and introspective work culminated in this collection of daily readings for seekers.

My work in the world has progressed from fighting legal cases to mediating divorces to helping people understand the essentials of relationship and collaborating to these poems. How can we collaborate effectively and work with each other in harmony to create the world we seek. How can we mindfully enable this world to become a place that works for all.

My prayer is that through introspection using these poems as a guide we can all grow together in making the world the Heaven on Earth we all aspire toward.
