Swirls circling twister brain

From centered to torrential rain

Feeling good not what life’s about

Manic baffling makes you shout

Beneath commotion deep in mist

A quiet beyond analysis

Eye of needle center of storm

Life within keeps you warm

Burning glow will sustain

Salve melts aching dries pelting rain

Perspective when frayed and worn

Abiding laughter friend in your storm

Holy sacred inside profane

Feeding guiding through searing pain

Enshrouds protects essential you

Kingdoms center from which you rule

Seeking status abiding peace inside

The quiet feeds your cells their pride

From this center all worthwhile is born

Holy birthing from your central storm

When did you last experience the quiet still center of your being?

What capacity enabled access and what way of being did it generate?
