Forgiveness

Now the time today the day
Let go of what gets in the way
So long fear good-bye resentment
One action to achieve contentment

Not what they put you through
About what you choose to do
Let go of holding set new intention
Lighten your load take new direction

Hanging on infects you
Firing endocrines blood boiling too
Impacts health and decisions
Eliminates revising revisions

Deconstruct this suggestion closely
Know it’s about you mostly
Saying slowly the word forgiveness
Out comes the phrase for give ness

Here revealed truth of the matter
For give ness makes hearts pitter-patter
Get renewed start over again
Takes care of you takes care of them

Can you see forgiveness as letting go, a gift that enhances your health?

Do you realize it’s a unilateral choice?
