Grounded

Grounded feet on floor
Place I’ve not been before
Deep in body belly home
From the center I can roam

Path traveled tacks and stalls
Speeding mountains slamming walls
Midnight sweating hole in chest
Ongoing longing place to rest

Reclaim being that’s pure
Rearranged do not want more
Life in body challenges too
Earth a teacher wisdom school

Many resist process of living
Experience can be unforgiving
Engage embrace you that’s real
Let go defenses trust and feel

Birthrights gift a life sublime
Follow heart song enjoy time
Greatest knowing inside you
Deep in body friend lover too

Have a sense of being fully seated in your body?

Can you appreciate and pay tribute to the wisdom the body holds?
