No better medicine for heart
Laughter always a new start
Recycle head heart brain
Robust reboot pause refrain

Takes you to sacred core
Place where you were born
Taps your foundation
Sacred ground of elation

Immediate smile on face
Lightening moment of grace
Embodies a knowing grin
Losing imminent an instant win

Proof god is around
Wakes brain cells so profound
Reminds of lives in your soul
Chuckles cackles a new whole

Your glory clear pure clean
Awake in a rebooted machine
Laughter scrubs the grime
Clears gunk returns to prime

What generates laughter for you?

How do you stay mindful of that power and ensure that presence in your life?
