LettingGo

All of your windows wiped squeaky clean
The dream of living merged with your being
What was filled with dark clouds and often rain
Cracked open in sunshine released all your pain

Trust in your seeing magnified many fold
Suddenly wiser a mystic from old
So much more playful the child emerged
Admonitions prohibitions guilt and shame purged

Through this clear window you see all around
Your ecstatic presence has awakened in sound
The voices of eons calling to you
Suddenly everything takes on a new hue

No longer chatter clouding your now
The ego is silenced you stand on the prow
Darting emotion is seen from above
You embrace that vision with accepting love

Wars and judgments that raged inside you
No longer hearing you’re free and new
Let go of busyness from yesterday’s mind
Step into new life leave all else behind

How much chatter do you live with?
What is the noise about?
What is the noise trying to tell you?
Does the chatter represent something that is incomplete for you?
How might your life be different if what is behind the noise was resolved?
What is in the way?
