Mindfulness

The best presence to carry along

Connects to others plays a sweet song

Embodies aliveness whatever you do

What seems old suddenly new

Engages deeply with self and others

A source that provides your druthers

Longing that drives filled in a minute

Desires subsumed when you are in it

Mindfulness presence honors all beings

Acknowledges humanity tempering things

Shifts scattered energy requires attention

Transports to another dimension

Why choose anything different

A world with what you want in it

Present to what surrounds you

Receive and create something new

No sitting feeling sorry for self

Go out give to somebody else

Manifest what you want to receive

Give it to others get what you need

Aware of the level of concern you have for others, the

generosity of your spirit and the pleasure you take from

giving? When did you experience receiving what you

gave and what do you know about the law of reciprocity?
