My promise is that if you faithfully read the poems and respond to the reflective questions your life will change.
It has always been my intention to serve the purpose of providing information and tools that would help organizations and individuals be more effective which for me translates to getting what they want including having the kinds of relationships they want.  Over this time I have come to know that organizational and relationship success  depend on individual capacity.  Because I believe this body of poetry will serve personal alignment and congruence it will enable individuals to be more effective in any relationships.
