We’re a link in a chain of sisters and brothers

Working alone deeds reflect our own stance
Choosing moves mirror our very own dance
When you widen the circle expanding your reach
Then comes the real joy to learn and teach

Capacity expands results multiply
Joining with others you reach toward the sky
What we owe them is what they expect
They are entitled to promises kept

Where this points you as you sit and reflect
Stay conscious of promises at your peril neglect
Others rely on what you say you’ll do
Honor self-worth and to others be true
