Silence no chatter or cracks
Stillness serenity fill your tracks
Awakened in peace after long flight
Would you last one more night

Calm settles quieting fear
Anxiety suddenly disappeared
Long for solace without agitation
Rest peaceful with seasoned elation

You’ve been through it every year
What moved you getting you here
Stopped dissipating energy
Embraced letting go to be free

Fear the culprit stealing space
Filling mind with disgrace
What to say about churning
Teaches us about our burning

Trust that wisdom prevails
Dampening today’s travails
Courage step to the next rung
Faith provides a welcoming hug

How do you get to a place of quiet?

What do you do when access is challenging?
