No matter how frazzled no matter how spent

An adventure in nature acts like a vent

It releases tension and cures much that ails

Quietly digested it recalibrates sails

Why this all happens is simple enough

Nature’s beauty and perfection embody god’s stuff

Each leaf is perfection each fern and rock

No greater design anywhere on the block

When you feel empty chilled and alone

Let nature embrace and light your way home

What can you do today to experience the renewing power of nature?

How might you share that experience with others?

What do you find intoxicating about natural phenomenon?
