Sad

When tragedy strikes a lover
Take pain away quiet thunder
Prefer not to feel hurt sadness sorrow
Beseech gods change the tomorrow

Joy longed for sadly fleeting
Pray for tranquility in meeting
Want it to go away without scars
Laugh play romp among the stars

Help them see and know
Life lessons place to grow
No faint of heart or shrinking being
Get to learn eyes opened seeing

Go within for golden threads
Living’s not for selfish ends
Honor paths others walk
Cherish them not their talk

Give way more than take
Pay respect stay awake
Rant and rave let it all be said
Be with them help the end

Are lessons from your life experience or can you take from lives of others?

Who needs your compassion and empathy now?
