Stuck

Stuck
Sometimes in life our gears get bogged down

We’re caught in a vortex wearing a frown

We need some movement up down left or right

Hard to get unglued when gripped by fright

Longing for resolution drives what we do

While the voice of our vision makes music too

Staying undecided serves in some way

We include that in the price that we pay

Our reverberating voice clogs up the mind

Both time and energy are a challenge to find

The present pain is not yet strong enough

So we stay in limbo till it gets too tough

What is the answer when caught in this vice

What is the action that returns things to nice

What single step will commence our return

What movement will cool down what burns

The chore for this challenging place of the heart

Quiet your voices make peace with your art

Let deep silence teach what there is to learn

Trust internal responses and honor the yearn

You know the answers and what to do

Let your inner guidance carry you through

Be careful of knee-jerk reactions and moves

Allow the guidance that tracks your grooves

What do you do when you feel stuck because of conflict?

How do you process the dissonance?

What voices do you listen to and how do you decide which ones to follow?

How much time do you waste?
